I don't see a certain Funky Urban item for sale on the website. Why not? A: We cannot offer all of our products for purchase on our website. However, our products are sold in many stores across the US. Unfortunately, since many stores customize their assortments, we are unable to direct you to a specific location for a certain item. If you do not see what you are looking for on our website, or you prefer to order offline, you can place your order over the phone by calling 1-888-FUK-1969 Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET. 02. What type of credit cards do you accept? A: We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS 03. If I place my order today, when will it ship? A: Most in-stock orders ship within 48-hours from Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday morning. We also offer Next Day shipping to the US (continental only). Next Day orders must be submitted and processed before 3pm ET. If items in your order are out of stock we'll notify you. Most backorders ship within two weeks. 04. What is your return policy? A: Although all of our products sold through our online store are unconditionally guaranteed, we only honor exchanges no returns. See our Exchange Policy for more information. 05. What does M/OS mean? A: "M/OS" is our Medium One Size. This size fits women sizes 0 through 8. 06. Washing Instructions? A: Wash warm, dry low. Although you should not expect any significant fading, wash colors separately from whites, especially on the first wash. Expect about 3-5% shrinkage after the first wash.
